Quality Objectives

 

  1. To ensure 80% of library materials purchased during the year are available for reference.

  2. To ensure that all library collections are increased by 5% every year .

  3. To ensure that 80% customers are satisfied with services provided by the library.

  4. To ensure that 100% reading list and research reference materials suggested by faculty are available at the library.

5. To ensure that 100% library staff are able to achieve the minimum CPD points.
